Customer Operations Advisor

The Job

  • LE67
  • £12.50/ hour
  • 08:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday, 30 min break, 40 hours/week
  • 12 weeks temporary to permanent
  • 6th January 2025 start date


About The Role:

  • Being initial and key point of contact for the customer
  • Receiving deliveries
  • Using both Company and Customer computer systems to log deliveries received. Allocate to correct shelf or correct person dependent on order type.
  • Stock checking
  • Hygiene and safety
  • Manual handling of stock to meet customer requirements


Skills / Experience / Qualifications:

  • Prior stores/warehouse/goods in/goods out experience
  • IT Literate
  • FLT License advantageous but not essential
  • Need to be able to meet demands of a physical role, active away from desk about 60% of the time but varies day to day
  • A positive attitude and personality are key
  • Familiar with goods in/goods out
  • Detail orientated
  • Be able to show initiative
