Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer (Hvac bias) - Facilities Management - Essex, England - up to £44,000 Plus fully expensed van

A New Year Means New Career Opportunities! An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading facilities management company at their prestigious blue-chip client site in Essex, England.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Location: Essex, England

Salary: up to £44,000 Plus fully expensed van

Role Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine PPM, Reactive and Emergency tasks.
• Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC systems and appliances.
• Undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements in line with contractual obligations.
• Complete all relevant documentation accurately and timely.

The Ideal Candidate:

• qualified at a City & Guilds level with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
• have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance
• available to join a call out rota
• hold a full UK driving license.
