Carbon60 are working with an international airport that needs an analytically minded Reward Advisor to support the delivery of all cyclical pay and reward plans.

Job Specifics

💼 Type: Permanent (full-time).

💷 Salary: £52,500 + benefits + up to 20% annual discretionary bonus.

📍 Office Location: Hounslow, West London.

🏡 Working Flex: Hybrid - 3 days per week required in the office.

🚆 Commute: Access via the Elizabeth Line or free on-site car parking.

Job Overview

You will be supporting cyclical pay and reward processes, including pay deals, annual salary reviews, out-of-cycle salary reviews, annual bonuses, and long-term incentive plans. This role is primarily focused on compensation, but you will also collaborate with benefits and pensions teams when needed.

Main Responsibilities

Lead and support annual reward processes, including Annual Salary Reviews, Pay Deals, Off-Cycle Salary Reviews, and Variable Pay launches (e.g., bonuses, long-term incentives).

Ensure accurate calculation and reconciliation of incentive plan payments.

Conduct and analyse Gender Pay Gap, Ethnicity Pay Gap, CEO Pay Ratio, and Equal Pay Audits.

Prepare reports and insights for the Remuneration Committee (RemCo).

Manage salary survey data submissions.

Update and maintain salary ranges, ensuring system accuracy and reconciliation.

Conduct job evaluation and benchmarking using Willis Towers Watson (WTW).

Carry out pay analysis, present findings, and provide recommendations.

Support the delivery of reward projects, including creating materials, internal communications, and calculating cost estimates.

Required Experience & Skills

✔ 3+ years' experience in reward/compensation.

✔ Completed at least 1 full annual salary review cycle.

✔ Strong data analysis skills with experience working with large data sets.

✔ Confident with MS Excel, including PivotTables, LOOKUPs, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.

✔ Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders.

✔ Knowledge of job evaluation frameworks (Willis Towers Watson experience is a plus).

✔ Experience with Oracle is desirable, but not essential.
