Time Served Maintenance Handyperson with electrical maintenance experience near Ashford in Kent - ongoing long term role
FYI -NO QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED -HOWEVER ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE
- £808.00 per week (PRE TAX - PAYE)
- Weekly pay
- Monday to Friday 08.00-4.30pm
- Holiday pay, free on site parking and very good OT rates
- Long term role -with very very good chance of permanent contract for the right person
- Job starts ASAP
Essential Requirements:
- Good experience of planned maintenance and reactive repair work in commercial buildings
- Experience with electrical maintenance and repair
- Prior experience as a handyperson, maintenance person, repair person, or building maintenance person
- All applicants must live in the local area.

Principal Duties:
- Planned and reactive commercial maintenance and repair work - primarily electrical maintenance
- Straightforward electrical maintenance
- Straightforward plumbing
- Fixing doors and windows, fitting locks, painting work etc
- Ashford in Kent
£808.00 per week (PAYE - Gross) - weekly pay, Monday to Friday 08.00-4.30pm
Immediate start - long term role -with extremely good chance of permanent contract for the right person
Fantastic handyperson and maintenance role, ideal for an experienced maintenance and repair person with very good previous experience in planned maintenance and reactive repair such as electrical, plumbing, and basic joinery.
