We are currently hiring for one of our customers in Switzerland, a Recruitment Specialist to integrate TA Department.
As the Recruitment Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the hiring team to recruit team members that meet the requirements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• write and post job adverts
• screen resumes and select relevant applications
• lead interviews in English with hiring managers
• assist in taking a decision
• write records of interviews
• update system and support for delivery of offers

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• HR background or first relevant experience as recruiter
• excellent skills in English language
• at ease with IT
