Senior Transport Development Management Planning Officer
£39.55 p/h

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (21 Hours per week)

Working at a senior technical/professional level in the Transport Development Management team to provide high level professional expertise. Provide technical advice and experience to assist in the teams' Development Control work programme.
To work with officers in planning, highways, structures, regeneration, housing and others (as appropriate) to progress the effective management of Planning Application and their impact on the public highway.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice and experience to assist in the teams' Development Control work programme.
  • To work with officers in planning, highways, structures, regeneration, housing and others (as appropriate) to progress the effective management of Planning Application and their impact on the public highway.
  • Be responsible for own safety and not endanger that of colleagues/visitors to the workplace.
  • So far as is reasonably practicable, the post holder must ensure that safe working practices are adopted by employees and in premises/work areas for which the post holder is responsible to maintain a safe working environment for employees and service users.
