Project Controller
Exciting Contract opportunity with a Leading Global Aerospace Company
This company is a renowned leader in the aerospace industry, known for its innovative products and commitment to excellence. They are currently seeking a talented Project Controller to join their dynamic team on a contractual basis.
As the Project Controller, you will play a crucial role in actively managing the financial situation of satellite production projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all deliverable are met with regard to monthly reporting to Primes or to ensure accurate and timely reporting to the local Work Package Managers and Project Managers.
- Serving as the review point for all financially relevant contractual matters, such as Supply Contracts, Works Orders, or Change Notices.
- Collaborating with the Project Manager to prepare the financial elements of contract changes.
- Managing the allocation of cost to work package and providing high-quality variance analysis with inputs from Work Package Managers (WPMs) and Project Managers (PMs).
- Producing monthly financial reporting on project Key Performance Indicators, comparing Actuals against Budget and Forecast.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel literacy.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Excellent team working skills and good communication skills, with the ability to make finance important to non-finance people.
- Experience in a project-based environment.
- Strong numerical and computer literacy skills.
Desirable skills include:
- Experience from a management accounting role within a project-based environment.
- Proficiency in another European language, such as French or German.
- Experience in a large, multi-national environment.
